After an initial slow start, due to the requested assessment of the impact of bringing more than 20 (62,000 ft2) Condo Units on the market in a relatively small town, ReMax Legacy got off to a running start. They have been attentive to our needs and have further enhanced our (Developer) sales strategy, that resulted in the exchange of ownership of 15 no of Units (38,000 ft2) in the 2nd quarter.
Their sales team of Moe, Alia, and headed up by Ali, performed their tasks effortlessly showing that they had done this before -- including accommodating a 7-hour time difference, between us.
